Dean created this site out of necessity. He lives live in Southern California and in order to raise a family on a single income, it was necessary for him to start his own business.
As he learned how to run a business, he noticed that he was literally destroying his family by working a second full-time job. This was not his intention of course, but more and more he found himself sinking deeper into a constriction of time.
Unfortunately, he didn’t have a choice because he was the sole breadwinner and that’s the way his family wanted it.
After a year of doing things on his own, he has been able to find ways to become a more effective CEO and leader. This, in turn, has helped him to grow closer to the ones he loves while still being able to provide for them.
