Dean sucks at creativity, but he’s great at project management. That’s why he took on a business partner. Do you know yourself enough to determine whether or not you need a business partner? If not, it could mean the difference between success and failure.

You would not be surprised that I married a guy who is a black belt in Six Sigma and process improvement, since I am such an idea person.
