The hardest part, at least for me, about being in my own business is charging customers. I often think that, because I am a nice guy and good at what I do, people will pay me fairly. Well, that isn’t the case most of the time.
Normal people are business people. What I mean is that – by nature – most people look for good deals on anything, even on your services. Don’t be afraid to play the game of negotiation, you won’t hurt anyone’s feelings.
